Data Removal

PassDrive stores no personal data and has no user accounts, so in almost all cases there is nothing for us to delete.

Data on your device

All study progress lives only on your device. Uninstalling the App (or clearing its storage in Android settings) permanently deletes all of it. We cannot access or recover this data.

Anonymous device record on our server

The App's remote-configuration request includes a randomly generated anonymous device identifier (not linked to your name, e-mail, Google account or advertising ID). If you would like this anonymous record deleted from our server:

1. E-mail [email protected] with the subject "Data removal — PassDrive".
2. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.

Note that because the identifier is anonymous and generated per install, we cannot look it up by your name or e-mail; deletion requests remove the aggregate record associated with the technical details you provide.

Subscription data

Payments are processed by Google Play. To manage payment data, use your Google account settings; we never receive your payment details.
