Privacy Policy

PassDrive ("the App") is published by Hugo Software. This policy explains what data the App handles. The short version: we do not collect personal data, and there are no accounts and no ads.

Data stored on your device

All of your study data — answers, mistakes, statistics, selected country/exam, language and subscription state — is stored locally on your device. It never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its storage.

Network usage

The App works fully offline for studying. It uses the internet only for:

  1. Google Play Billing. Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. See Google Play's terms and privacy policy for how Google processes payments.
  2. Remote configuration. At launch the App may contact our server (hq.bnj.app) to fetch configuration (e.g. pricing display, free-tier limits). This request includes a randomly generated anonymous device identifier, the app version, interface language and platform name. It contains no advertising ID, no location, no personal identifiers, and is sent over HTTPS. We use it only in aggregate (e.g. how many devices use each language).

What we do NOT do

  • No user accounts, no login, no e-mail collection
  • No advertising and no advertising SDKs
  • No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
  • No access to camera, location, contacts, microphone or files

Subscriptions

PassDrive Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly, with a 3-day free trial) purchased through Google Play. Manage or cancel it anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions.

Children

The App does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children. It is intended for users preparing for a driving licence (typically 15+).

Data deletion

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of the anonymous device record from our server, see the data removal page.
