By using PassDrive ("the App"), published by Hugo Software, you agree to these terms.

What the App is — and is not

PassDrive is a study aid for driving theory exams. Questions are original practice material written from public traffic rules and official driver handbooks of each supported country. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government authority, including MEB, any US DMV, DVSA, Indian RTOs, Ontario MTO, Transport for NSW, or ГИБДД. Exam formats, pass marks and rules change; always verify current requirements with the official authority before your exam. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your Android device. You may not copy, resell, extract or redistribute the question bank or any part of the App.

PassDrive Pro subscription

  • Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly, each with a 3-day free trial (trial availability shown at purchase).
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country.
  • Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App while driving. Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or abuse the App or its services.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hugo Software is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, including exam outcomes or decisions made based on App content. Content accuracy is checked carefully but errors may exist; the official highway code / driver handbook of your country always prevails.

Changes

We may update the App and these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
